  • Founder & Principal

    Andrew Robinson is the Founder & Principal of Slingshot Real Estate, where he blends boots-on-the-ground execution with long-term strategy. With experience spanning residential, commercial, and development, he brings a hands-on, people-first approach to every project—whether managing operations, elevating tenant experience, or shaping forward-looking investments.

    He began his career with Three Sixty Real Estate, where he learned community-focused development and resident-first property management. He later joined CBRE, overseeing over $180 million in assets across multifamily, office, industrial, and life sciences properties—working with everyone from boutique operators to institutional clients like Goldman Sachs.

    In 2024, Andrew returned to the Midwest to launch Slingshot Real Estate, based in Rochester, Minnesota. His vision: create a smarter, more responsive real estate company grounded in market needs and human experience.

    Andrew also leads 21 Drones Media, a creative studio offering high-end drone content for real estate, tourism, and small businesses—helping others tell their story from a new perspective.
